Rebar worker • Clay County, South Dakota

Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar worker in Clay County, South Dakota. The job is on an infrastructure project such as a metro or flyover. Day to day you will set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing; lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder; assemble column and beam cages on the bench. What we are looking for: • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
