GMAW welder • Chase County, Kansas

We are recruiting: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Chase County, Kansas. Your main tasks: • Grind back and re-weld any defective runs • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
