Oven operator wanted in Blount County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an oven operator in Blount County, Tennessee. The job is at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
