The role involves seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors. Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Able to read construction drawings and specifications Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. ₦235,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
