Great opportunity: we are hiring a packing operative in Monroe County, Arkansas. The job is at an FMCG production plant. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at speed to meet line targets • Basic numeracy for counting and recording quantities • Able to stand for long shifts and lift up to 25 kg The role involves: • Record production counts on the shift sheet • Operate the filling and sealing machine on the line • Separate rejects and re-pack faulty units • Seal cartons with a tape gun or hot-melt glue • Inspect packs for leaks, dents or damaged seals Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
