Urgent requirement: backhoe operator (Mississippi)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Lawrence County, Mississippi. You will be based on a busy civils and groundworks site. The role involves: • Grade, level and batter slopes to the required gradient • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Load spoil into tippers and dumpers cleanly without spillage • Lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Work safely around buried services with a banksman or spotter You should have: • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
