Garment machinist • Perry County, Mississippi

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a garment machinist in Perry County, Mississippi. You should have: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Comfortable working long hours seated at a fast line You will attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges.
