Join our team: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Gilmer County, Georgia. The job is in a food and dairy equipment factory. The role involves: • Grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Control heat input so thin sheet does not warp You should have: • Valid welder certification (ASME IX / ISO 9606 an advantage) • Able to read isometric and fabrication drawings • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Full-time with occasional weekends.
