On a typical shift you will insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash. You should have: • Able to read cutting lists and fabrication drawings • Comfortable handling and lifting glazed units safely • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
