Great opportunity: we are hiring an industrial sewing operator in Houston County, Minnesota. You will be based on an export house sewing floor. Requirements: • Able to read a spec sheet and follow a sewing operation breakdown • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory You will press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
