Requirements: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Willing to work outdoors in all weather The role involves torch on bitumen membrane across flat roofs; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; fit valley gutters, fascias and soffits.
