Now hiring: we are hiring a production line operative in Northampton County, Pennsylvania. You will work in an electronics assembly unit. What we are looking for: • Punctual with reliable attendance • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S Day-to-day duties: • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station 4+ years on the tools preferred.
