Great opportunity: fry cook (New York)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fry cook in Ontario County, New York. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. Day to day you will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Full-time with occasional weekends.
