Join our team: we are hiring a baker in City of Hampton, Virginia. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. You will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter. What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • 2+ years' experience as a baker 6+ years on the tools preferred. $4,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
