Prep cook wanted in Pontotoc County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Pontotoc County, Mississippi. Day to day you will label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
