Brick and block layer wanted in Jefferson County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a brick and block layer in Jefferson County, Ohio. You will be based at a groundworks and structures site. Ideal candidate: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Reliable timekeeping and able to hit daily brick targets • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one Day-to-day duties: • Bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Laying bricks to the line, level and plumb • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge We offer $240 per day plus benefits. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
