Assembly line worker wanted in Carroll County

You should have: • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Basic understanding of quality checks and 5S • Punctual with reliable attendance Day-to-day duties: • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench • Fit and bolt components onto the chassis as it moves along the conveyor • Top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
