Immediate opening: we are hiring a marble mason in Edgar County, Illinois. You will work on a residential building site. The role involves: • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Grout the joints and wipe off the excess before it sets • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin Ideal candidate: • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team • Own hand tools an advantage • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish We offer $4,800 per month plus benefits.
