Pot washer — Hot Springs County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pot washer in Hot Springs County, Wyoming. On a typical shift you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts $4,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts.
