Canteen cook — San Miguel County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in San Miguel County, New Mexico. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Requirements: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen On the job you will handle: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare the mise en place before each service Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
