Join our team: we are hiring a garment machinist in Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, England. You should have: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently Your main tasks: • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish 6+ years on the tools preferred.
