Structural MIG welder wanted in Napa County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a structural MIG welder in Napa County, California. You will be based in a sheet-metal fabrication unit. Requirements: • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test The role involves control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
