Now hiring: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Blaenau Gwent, Wales. Day-to-day duties: • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
