Finishing plasterer wanted in Aroostook County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a finishing plasterer in Aroostook County, Maine. The job is at a plastering and dry lining contractor. Day to day you will set up trestles and scaffold boards for ceiling work; fix and set angle beads, stop beads and corner beads; apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets; check walls for plumb and level as you go. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of different plasters, renders and bonding agents • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites Part-time with flexible hours.
