Back-of-house cleaner — Orelope

Vacancy available: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Orelope, Oyo State. You will be based at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day to day you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Full-time with occasional weekends.
