Dough maker • Umuahia South, Abia State

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dough maker in Umuahia South, Abia State. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. The role involves shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough. Ideal candidate: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Rotating shifts.
