Cake decorator wanted in Wilcox County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Wilcox County, Georgia. Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
