Join our team: we are hiring a rebar worker in Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. You will work at a rebar fabrication workshop. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements The role involves: • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
