Immediate opening: we are hiring a smash repairer in Newton County, Texas. The role involves knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray; mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour; MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line. What we are looking for: • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts.
