Bike messenger wanted in Sitka City and Borough

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bike messenger in Sitka City and Borough, Alaska. You will be based at an e-commerce last-mile depot. On the job you will handle: • Refuel the bike and log fuel expenses against each run • Load and balance parcels safely in the rear carrier box • Scan the barcode on every consignment before pick-up and after drop-off • Handle fragile and perishable items with care while riding What we are looking for: • Punctual and reliable with polite customer manners • Basic reading and number skills to handle addresses and cash • Ability to ride safely in heavy traffic and in monsoon rain Six days a week, one day off.
