Urgent requirement: steward (Texas)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steward in Hunt County, Texas. Requirements: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day-to-day duties: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
