Ideal candidate: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills Day to day you will run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels; key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature.
