Banquet server wanted in Lake and Peninsula Borough

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Lake and Peninsula Borough, Alaska. You will be based at a beach resort. Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems On a typical shift you will restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; follow food hygiene and allergen-handling rules. $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
