Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Ohio County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Ohio County, Indiana. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure $3,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
