Requirements: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Accurate at weighing and following recipes The role involves: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards Part-time with flexible hours.
