Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GTAW welder in Crittenden County, Arkansas. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a weld test on the spot • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Day to day you will feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut; set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. $4,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
