Now hiring: we are hiring a machinist in Norton County, Kansas. You should have: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus On the job you will handle: • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes 2+ years on the tools preferred.
