Join our team: we are hiring a formwork joiner in City of Lynchburg, Virginia. The job is at a reinforced concrete building site. Your main tasks: • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters Ideal candidate: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
