Baker wanted in Inverclyde

We are recruiting: we are hiring a baker in Inverclyde, Scotland. Day-to-day duties: • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing Requirements: • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
