We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Ventura County, California. The role involves check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam. You should have: • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges Six days a week, one day off.
