On the job you will handle: • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding What we are looking for: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Full-time with occasional weekends.
