Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Noxubee County, Mississippi. You will be based in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. Requirements: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium On the job you will handle: • Strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode • Feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) Full-time, day shift.
