We are recruiting: vertical transportation technician (Pennsylvania)

Join our team: we are hiring a vertical transportation technician in Luzerne County, Pennsylvania. You will work on a lift modernisation project. You should have: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Good head for heights for pit and car-top work On the job you will handle: • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy Full-time, day shift.
