Now hiring: captain waiter (Missouri)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a captain waiter in Dade County, Missouri. You will punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket); greet guests, seat them and present the menu; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes. You should have: • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Overtime paid at a premium rate.
