Cnc lathe setter — Calhoun County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Calhoun County, West Virginia. You will be based in a job-work machining unit. Day to day you will read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Experience with carbide tooling and insert selection • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
