Halal butcher — Waushara County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a halal butcher in Waushara County, Wisconsin. You will work in a supermarket meat department. On a typical shift you will dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife. You should have: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
