Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Able to work early-morning and night shifts Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe 1+ years on the tools preferred. $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
