What we are looking for: • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes On the job you will handle: • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
