Trailer driver — Opobo/Nkoro

Great opportunity: we are hiring a trailer driver in Opobo/Nkoro, Rivers State. The job is at a container freight yard. The role involves: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Log working hours on the tachograph and swap driver cards • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars Ideal candidate: • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Valid digital tachograph card • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence Full-time with occasional weekends.
