Great opportunity: concrete shuttering carpenter (Georgia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Brooks County, Georgia. You will work at a reinforced concrete building site. The role involves: • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour You should have: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
